Investing into birth preparation is something I would suggest reading into as soon as you are pregnant. We often think alot about investing into what our baby needs (and that's exciting too!) however we then don't think about investing into ourselves. An antenatal education preparing you for birth and beyond has so many benefits, including reducing birth trauma. The best investment you can make for your baby is for their parents to have had a positive birth experience. Join me for one of the following birth preparation packages and gift the best gift to you, your partner and your newborn.
Birth Preparation Packages:
CALM - £100 per couple: 5 hour Group Hypnobirthing Basics (or Refresher)
CALM ONLINE - £100 taught online 121: 2 x 2.5 hour online sessions teaching Hypnobirthing Basics (or Refresher)
STRENGTH - £145 for you and your birth partner: 6 hour Hypnobirthing Basics taught 121 in your home
EMPOWER - £325 for you and your birth partner: 10 hour Hypnobirthing Full Course taught 121 in your home
Other Options available on request:
Online Sessions; from £40 per session focused on specific areas of hypnobirthing (such as birth planning)
Private positive Caesarean Workshop: £145

My diary is open for evening and weekend 121 sessions, taught to you and your birth partner/s in the comfort of your own home. These sessions can split over mutually convinient dates / times for the full course (empower package), hypnobirthing basics (strength package) and caesarean workshop. If required these can also be taught online (calm online package)
Group Courses are taught in my home teaching space in Christchurch (BH23 7LD)
I also welcome additional group bookings if you are interested in booking with other pregnant friends, family or colleagues. If you book onto a course and have a friend/family/colleague join you, I would love to give you both £20 off your booking price.
